Eligibility<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>To use our services, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate information<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not be banned from our platform<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not use the platform for illegal activities<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Driving School, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be physically and mentally fit to drive<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a valid ID<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all safety rules<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. User Accounts<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating an account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use accurate personal information<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your login credentials confidential<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for any activity using your account<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must notify us if your account is compromised<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violate the law<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse the platform<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in fraud or scams<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post prohibited content<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Marketplace Terms<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Marketplace allows users to buy and sell vehicles, parts, and automotive services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A. Listing Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When posting a listing, you must ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information is accurate and truthful<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos belong to you<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have legal rights to sell the item<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fake, misleading, or duplicated listings<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No illegal items<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prohibited items include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stolen vehicles<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicles without proper documentation<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weapons and contraband<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fake spare parts<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsafe or unverified products<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B. Transactions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bunch Base Motors is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do NOT guarantee the condition, legality, or authenticity of items.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users are responsible for verifying items before payment.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C. Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some services may include fees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Featured listings<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealer subscriptions<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotions<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value-added services<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Driving School Terms<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>When enrolling in our Driving School, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow instructor instructions at all times<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend scheduled training sessions<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay the required fees<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use our training vehicles responsibly<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow safety rules<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We may refuse service if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pose a safety risk<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are disrespectful or abusive<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break Ghanaian traffic laws<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late cancellations may attract fees or forfeited lessons.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Automotive Media Terms<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Media services include content creation, social posts, vehicle reviews, and automotive education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steal, copy, or repost our content without permission<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread misinformation<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post harmful or offensive content<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abuse our comment sections<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunch Base Motors retains full copyright over all content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Acceptable Use Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>You must NOT use our platform to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commit fraud<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post misleading information<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass, threaten, or abuse others<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread viruses or harmful code<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mine data illegally<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate someone<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in scams<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote illegal activities<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Violation may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Account suspension<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Listing removal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Permanent ban<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Legal action (if necessary)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Payments &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments may apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driving School packages<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Featured listings<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealer subscriptions<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional marketplace services<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are not guaranteed unless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service was not delivered<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A technical error occurred<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The payment was duplicated or accidental<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund processing time: 3\u201314 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
