For the Driving School, you must:
- Be physically and mentally fit to drive
- Have a valid ID

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

4. Marketplace Terms
The Marketplace allows users to buy and sell vehicles, parts, and automotive services.
A. Listing Rules
When posting a listing, you must ensure:
- Information is accurate and truthful
- Photos belong to you
- You have legal rights to sell the item
- No fake, misleading, or duplicated listings
- No illegal items
Prohibited items include:
- Stolen vehicles
- Vehicles without proper documentation
- Weapons and contraband
- Fake spare parts
- Unsafe or unverified products
B. Transactions
- Bunch Base Motors is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
- We do NOT guarantee the condition, legality, or authenticity of items.
- Users are responsible for verifying items before payment.
C. Fees
Some services may include fees:
- Featured listings
- Dealer subscriptions
- Promotions
- Value-added services
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Driving School Terms
When enrolling in our Driving School, you agree to:
- Follow instructor instructions at all times
- Attend scheduled training sessions
- Pay the required fees
- Use our training vehicles responsibly
- Follow safety rules
We may refuse service if you:
- Pose a safety risk
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Are disrespectful or abusive
- Break Ghanaian traffic laws
Cancellations
- Lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may attract fees or forfeited lessons.
6. Automotive Media Terms
Our Media services include content creation, social posts, vehicle reviews, and automotive education.
Users agree not to:
- Steal, copy, or repost our content without permission
- Spread misinformation
- Post harmful or offensive content
- Abuse our comment sections
Bunch Base Motors retains full copyright over all content.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You must NOT use our platform to:
- Commit fraud
- Post misleading information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Spread viruses or harmful code
- Mine data illegally
- Impersonate someone
- Engage in scams
- Promote illegal activities
Violation may result in:

8. Payments & Refunds
Payments may apply to:
- Driving School packages

- Dealer subscriptions

- Additional marketplace services
Refunds are not guaranteed unless:
- Service was not delivered
- A technical error occurred
- The payment was duplicated or accidental
Refund processing time: 3–14 business days.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Bunch Base Motors is protected by copyright laws, including:
- Logos
- Website content
- Images
- Videos
- Branding
- UI/UX designs
- Media articles
You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
